Bad night

Well I had a really bed attack last night , very little sleep , really don't know why I was so bad :-(
I hope I don't feel like this all day .

Yes I was alone in bed , I feel a bit drowsy but got a full day on today , anxiety is lurking currently in my throat & chest . Just hope it buggers off as the day goes on :-(

its common to have terrible night with this disorder ....you have to find the root cause ...on 24 hrs basis ...on an average how much time ypu live alone ?

Mine tends to be worse at night too. It is down time and unfortunately lets you dwell too much on things.

How long have to slept alone for? I find it hard sleeping when I'm on my own. How was your day in the end? xx

Day was not to good , but I got through it .
I've slept on my own for about 8 years .
Can't pin point why anxiety is bad at the moment but fact is it IS , it's been a long road had anxiety since childhood , never really goes COMPLEATLY , yet sometimes it's under control & then BOOM it hits me like a lightning bold for no reason

Talked to psychiatrist, psychologist, physiologist, pathologist, physician, and a whole bunch of other people in professions that begin with the letter p....only to learn, 0. Interesting..and actually quite common. Well, if you want to try to figure this whole thing out and put this puzzle together where none of the pieces seem to fit, are even the same color, and theres a picture of a flower on one piece and an animated character on the other, and one of the pieces is round and one is an exact square...?...Hell there isn't even a corner piece to start from!!.... weird.. Been there, didn't like it at all. Difficult world to navigate.
