Nothing had happened to trigger this But right now I'm bad , finding it hard to breath , know how late it is , feel like I won't sleep at all , got to be up for my kids , panicky

Trust me to find myself in this state in early hours of the morning .

Jessy seat in front of your Air conditioner and breath through your nose an exhale from your mouth.. Remember do this in a seating position and God willing it will go away..
