Hey , woman not man ! Feeling bad anxiety , so had to sucome to 2mg of lorazapam , in bed now trying to calm down

I know it's just anxiety , but I think I've got a hold on it , then I have a bad attack & BOOM , back to greet me , trying to float through it right now & hoping I get "some" sleep
