Anxiety cannot cause you to faint/pass out. It's just a rush of adrenaline. Take deep breaths into your abdomen. The feeling will pass. It is completely harmless. Don't try to fight it.

Is it anxiety or panic attacks?

Anxiety. A panic attack would bring on many more sensations. But again, they are all harmless. It may feel like you are in great danger, but you are more safe than ever. No one has ever died or had a heart attack due to anxiety symptoms or panic attacks.
I know it's hard, but try not to pay the symptoms much attention. The more you fight, the worse it will be. Just accept and let it run its course. Keeping in mind you are in no danger!

Hey Cat,
A persistent problem, that we will find a solution too shortly. I have to go look at another project and will return shortly...There is a reason, we just have to find it... In the mean time, put together a report summary of YOU. All of it, age, weight, meds, how long had anxiety, health concerns, family history of disorder..yadda yadda...Enough time has passed to find this solution fast..
Be back shortly...

I know I get so many symptoms and I can't just let it go. I get scared and think I am dying. I am so afraid to drive alone and go to work.

Once you get through the patch of anxiety and back to "normal" all these funny feelings will disappear. You just need to work on getting rid of the anxiety x

This might sound like no fun, but next time you think you are dying, force yourself to try to die. Do whatever you can to bring on more sensations. Try to faint, try to give yourself a heart attack. Let all of the sensations come and ask for more. After about a minute, you will realize that you can't die even if you try your hardest. The more you do this, the more comfortable you will be with the symptoms. You will then begin to fear them less. When you fear them less, they will stop coming all together.
Find the courage to give it a try. It will suck for one minute. But it will allow you to gain a sense of control. Instead of something happening to you, you are asking for it. You're in charge.
Let me know how it goes! Be brave!

Hey CAT EYES!
I can't send you any PM's because yer PM box is full! Empty it please...CE means CAT EYES.. The name of the brand of (atenolol is..atenolol).. It is a beta-blocker that was chemically designed to replace that crazya** BP medication you are taking because of the serious effects of the (sympathetic nervous system, the adrenal system, and it crosses the blood/brain barrier...which mean in Laymans terms: The celexa is working to adjust the same chemicals in your brain as the aldomet which is a andrenergic agonist and also a psychoactive drug as well...basically,..IT IS SOME CRAZY CRAP TO BE MIXING TOGETHER AT THIS TIME, WHEN YOU ARE IN THE SHAPE THAT YOU ARE IN AND IT HAS BEEN GETTING STEADILY MORE INTENSE... I'm concerned as you are, and I even wonder if your Dr. even knew what was going on here either to be honest with you. I'm sure he's a good Physician but this combo has to be stopped asap...

Howdy
You know since i have started the last lot of drugs i have been getting this a lot .
When i get stressed i get dizzy .
I asked my doctor about it and he told me that it is because your dopamine levels are moving too much .
From taking an ssir?

I sent you a PM. I'm going to have to stand firm on my suggestion as that type of med will fit your particular conditions and disorders way better then the others mentioned and way better then the one youre presently taking too...Gotta block the adrenaline=block the effects of the constant panic attacks...and lower BP at the same time too..
Hope this helps you find relief friend!!

Mindfulness based stress reduction. Look it up. Jon Kabat Zinn is the master. Really good stuff on meditation.

I know how you feel sometimes out of nowhere is seems like I want to faint. I never actually do I just feel like I do. try to do something quick to get you mind off it like: washing dishes or cleaning something that makes you focus on that object. I try to go outside and take my kids walking or bike riding so that I'm forced not to think about myself. also being around other people makes me feels a little better. Im so sorry you feel this way. I know it's hard and it seems like no one understands you but I promise keep reaching out. You wont feel so alone. Tske care God Bless YOu.
