Waking up not knowing where you are.

Has anyone else ever experienced this? This morning I woke up and had no idea where I was or what was going on, it took me about 2 seconds to realize it was my room. I got a little anxious but managed to go back to sleep right away, but now I'm worrying again. Is this normal? I've been sleeping in this room for like 2 years now so I'm pretty used to it (that's what's making me anxious).

I used to regularly wake up without a clue of my whereabouts.

I blame that on alcohol and the single life ;-)
