unable to accept

i am unable to accept that i have anxiety. how do i manage it? i want to but i just cant.

I only wish it were a simple question to answer for you, it isn't. I would suggest that you spend abit of time researching throughout these forum threads because there is a vast wealth of information, methods, techniques, ways, and processess that will lead you to the point you wish to be.
