I've been feeling the same way :/ plus I have a great bf me n my mom r finally getting long, things r finally good in life but for some reason I'm still depressed n get this horrible feeling like everything is going wrong.

We just gota keep reminding ourselves that this won't last forever and god wouldn't give us anything we couldn't handle <3

It does get better :) its all about control, if you depressed do something that will make you happy go outside (that always helps me) ride a bike! See an old friend, there's loads you can do to lift your mood, as for the anxiety when I think I'm going to panic I fight it out, because I know that it can't hurt me and it will never last long, your anxiety levels go down after a while, exercising really helps to because it gets rid of the excess adrenaline in your body :) so yeah, don't worry its get so much better if u deal with it properly!

Have you tried writing a diary. Sounds simple i no but it helped me to get all my feelings and emotions out! At the end of every day sit down and write all your thoughts feelings and emotions out just before you go to bed!

Just "creeped" on this thread... Can't give advice today as I'm having a bad day myself (it's morning here in the US and that's my worse time of the day). Good ideas guys; exercise, going outside, writing a journal, etc... I too will take your advice. Good luck to the original person who wrote this thread, I hope youre blessed with a better day. :)
