I'm getting ready to get out of work at 6am but I live a few towns down about 30 mins away and every time I make the drive I get super anxious and have panic attacks sometimes in not looking forward to it but I'v got now way out, been thinking about it for the past few hours now this really sucks. I'm thinking of taking half a xan but I really dont want to It would help if I could call someone while i drive but most people r asleep at 6am for the most part. Really hate this feeling trying to listen to relaxation apps and calm down this is a daily routine do everyone I work . I work in a hospital 12 hrs night 3 days out of the week
