Okay, although I prefer to keep things brief, I will give a little detailed info for our friend, EMan (lol).
I'm 42, stay-at-Hm mom for past 4 yrs, have a 9 yr old, married. I've had anxiety/panic attacks for about 22 yrs now. For all but the past 3 yrs I've had anxiety under control for the most part (been able to talk myself out of most attacks and down from anxiety thinking). However, 4 yrs ago, just b4 I quit working, I started having headaches w dizziness, light headed, balance off, had a few ocular migraines as well (when your vision goes out for about 20 mins, very scary-but no pain w that). I've seen about 7 Drs since the onset and the general diagnosis is Vestibular Migraines and/or Chronic Tension in neck & shoulders (causing straight neck... Supposed to have a curve). The migraines have triggered my anxiety to go out of control!!! When im alone i completely over analyze everything i feel or think i feel! Even though I've had every test you can possibly think of (MRI, MRA, CAT Scan, Balance Testing, hot/cold water and air in ears, Event Monitor, EEG, EKG, etc etc... All of which are NORMAL, except the latest MRI showed CHRONIC TENSION)... I still keep making myself miserable! I have normal/low blood pressure and I'm sons tangly checking it to make sure it doesn't drop too low, even though GP tells me my BP is not only "normal", but excellent!
Here recently I've been feeling as if my right arm is disconnected from my body, wtf is that?!?! It's almost as if my hand has a mind of its own, sort of??? I mean, it's not grabbing ppl in grocery stores or anything (Ha!), but at times it just doesn't feel as if its part of me? It doesn't hurt, it just feels a little achy at times. It functions perfectly normal and when I touch or scratch it, yes, I can feel it. Idk, this is freaking stupid! Anyone else ever feel this?

Ps I've been doing physical therapy 3 days per week for 3 months for the Tension), this week I drop down to 2 x's per wk. I've tried a few diff MEDS for the migraines and have allergic reactions and wicked side effects, so I'm down to Tylenol and Advil, Ice on back of neck and/or hot rag on back of neck for neck tightness or pain.

EMAN! LOL?...Thanks alot...that really lifted my spirits high...(head down, feeling unwanted, like a stray dog,)..

JUST KIDDING!! You did EXACTLY what you needed to do and say in your paragraph above..Whether anyone knows this or not, or even understands this or not, or even gives a s**t or not...What you JUST DID is the very first step on the road to an actual recovery from..(the 10000 pound Gorilla on your back that you cant see)....

I'm going to post a new thread now. Read it..and it in itself will answer alot of the WTF is going on questions that you, and many others here also have..

Then I will return here to visit...

PS: You've already been figured out, in 1 single posted jumble of words...So, tell those (7) DOCTORS that your cyberspace friend said "yer all idiots, but have a nice day anyway."

LMAO!
