Yay for 1 week

I it's been one week with no panic attack, no er visits , and no Ativan .... I still have some anxiety when I go out to the store, but I've been able to tell myself " don't be stupid Tiffany! Your fine !" and it's helped .... Maybe this little post on a week of success will help someone who has lost all hope.... It will get better , keep your head up and your mind clear :) Tiffany

Well it's hard ! But I keep buisy , I constantly talk to my self! Lol I tell myself " today is a good day , I feel good" even if I don't , I continue to tell myself I do! And I don't know if your religiouse , but I prey allot
