Hello my name is Carmen, I have anxiety & depression disorder,for a while i thought i was going crazy with all these crazy different feelings.Does anyone out there feel very bad anxiety to a point where you feel you are going to die??

Yes. I have that, and I think I'm going crazy and that everything is unreal. Especially when I'm having a panic attack. =\

oh yes- when i get really bad i think I am either going to puke, die, or go completely mad- its the most horrible feeling in the world- when I get really bad lately I have taken ativan and it seems to help a bit! its good to know that there are otheres out there who go through the same thing sometimes.
