Okay, I'm looking to find some sort of medication that doesn't require a prescription.
I'm way way too nervous to go to a doctor at this point, so I'm looking for something that can be found at any drug store or such.
Something that helps with anxiety, really really bad anxiety. Social anxiety along with that, and blah blah.
OCD too. Not actually sure if there is anything that would help with that, but it would be fantastic if there was. My OCD is bad, and really annoying.
Any advice is appreciated. :)

I don't think you will find anything for bad bad anxiety without a prescription. St John's Wort has been used by some for MILD anxiety but if you have it like I do, SJW won't touch it. I think you should be brave & go to the doctor & get something that will help you.

Dear Marinax,
I have avoided and evaded this post long enough. It is true what everyone suggest above, you 100% must agree to seek medical assistance in this case. No one with these types of symptom extremes can find anything of great assistance or relief at any store and purchased as an OTC medication designed for the purposes of alleviating extreme anxiety, social anxiety, or OCD either. You MUST go to a Dr, sorry but there is no choice in this matter.
I will make (1) suggestion of an OTC that will get you calm enough to get into a Dr's office. If you do not have a family physician, then ask your family who theirs is. If they are of no assistance in a referral to you, then call your local (Adult & Child Mental Health Clinic) and make the arrangements to get in there. If you can't do this alone, take a trusted friend, family member, or companion..
The OTC is called (doxylamine). It is a night time sleep aid. It is available virtually everywhere. It can be purchased alone, by itself, as a generic. It is a very strong sedative, in such a small dose and in some studies has been proven to be as strong and potent as an actual (barbituate).. Do not take more then (1) to start with, it will calm you down enough to give you "this window of opportunity" to go see and speak to a Dr. You MUST tell him all of the things that you listed above. If you're comfortable speaking to him/her then write it down so it is legible and the Dr. can read it. You are not his/her first case of such extreme anxiety, trust me on that one..He/she may ask questions, but when you pass on a written note..it makes them "aware" of how volatile this situation is to you, and how fragile your mental state is..They will be very cautious, and comforting to you.
There's my 2cents friend, hope that helps you to get the real help that you so desperately need...
Act on it, asap...
Kindest regards,
Enduronman....
