Nervous and feel like something is going to happen

I have been suffering with anxiety and panic attacks since February. I had a lot of blood test and drs say I am fine. I take 10mg of celexa each night. Why am I feeling nervous, scared and jittery like something is happening to me. Help!!!

Idk everytime I describe symptoms to my dr he says it's anxiety.

2. This "nervousness' you say that you're feeling,.. everywhere, hands, mind, chest,..overall? Where???

I was taking 5mg started in May. Prior to may I was on buspar. About three weeks ago the sr raised the dosage to 10mg. Idk what changed but I was at work and all of sudden I felt a warm feeling from my feet up, lightheaded, hands cold, felt like I was going to die or pass out. I feel the nervousness and shaky in my whole body.
