Ive had anxiety my whole life

Hi everyone!

I've had anxiety since a very young age, it started as seperation anxiety and moved to Agoraphobia and G.A.D. Despite having it this long I've never sought help. I think I need to soon, and have decided. There is of course a lot more but I won't write it all here. I have found anxiety help forums a great resource and would like to hear from or about people who are also going through the same thing

-especially those who have also had it their entire life like me

HAAAhAhAhAHAAhA!!! If you have not taken the time to read a little bit about who I am, then you should try to do so ASP.. If you think, after learning about my behaviors, thoughts, words, that I ACTUALLY GO TO SEE QUACKS???.. Then you're WAY off target there lil missy!.. I conduct my own Dr's visits, at the Dr's office, with the same Dr, for 23 years..He listens and learns more and more from me! It gives him more knowledge which in turn provides his other patients with "real world treatments and prevention proceedures" because I am the GUINEA PIG that recognizes every tiny, miniscule, minute detail in me that is shared with him..along with the exact explanation for why, how, what, it is!

Yes,..I am a FREAK!
