I am very clostrophbic on planes. I have to fly in April. I hate loading the plane and having to seat and watch everyone pile on and feel like I can not breath!! I do have asthma but I get very stressed out before a flight as I hate being closed in will everyone so close. Any suggestions from others as to what might help. I get .5mg of Ativan before the flight but it does not seem to work. Not sure if .1 would make me too tired. It is a 2 hour flight so it is not slong but long enough for me!!!
