I have noticed that after a lot of anxiety I then start to feel depressed , very tearful , sad , no energy , I begin to feel scared of these depressed feelings . I push everyone away as I don't want them to have to see or put up with me , I'm feeling very alone & very down .
The anxiety mixed with the depressed thoughts & feelings is overwhelming .
I fear I'll never ever be rid of this , it keeps coming back .
Help & advice please x

1. Go speak to a trusted Dr. ASAP..
2. Get an actual diagnosis, this is more common then you may think with up to 19% of America in your same shoes.
3. Take meds as prescribed. If you do not wish to take chemically engineered substances that are designed by chemist, to suit a purpose, to assist in healing..then this is your choice but you either choose to (live with what you have and feel or take the advice and medications as directed to promote a more positive balance in life). If you're against medicational purpose, then think about this..If you are forced at some point in yer life to go to a hospital, the Dr's there are not going to say "would you like these medications to save your life, or,..just lay here and be hard headed until you pass?"...also, think about this?....Our average lifespan has gone from 48 years old to 79 years old... No, not just because we're better constructed, but because we're constantly subjected to vitamins, nutrients, better food choices, and OF COURSE advancments in "Modern Medicine"....
4. Schedule an app to see a therapist too. If you're limited on your income then there are many places that will help you with little or no money.
5. Last, but not least..DO NOT MAKE EXCUSES AS TO WHY YOU CAN NOT ACCOMPLISH THESE TASK AS LISTED ABOVE.
Best wishes,
Enduronman.

Hey Jessy,
I think 32 years of suffering is quite enough IMO...I wish to try to help you succeed as obviously attempts to relieve and alleviate these conditions are not working. In order for me to attempt to do this in cyberspace, I must know about YOU and you may be "general" in the information as well. I dont need your name, address, phone number, or SS#...I just wanna learn about YOU.
1. Symptoms?
2. Medications?
3. Diet?
4. Activity level?
5. Family, kids, job, hobbies, interest?
6. Addictions?
That's where we start, we may be able to accomplish more here in a few days then what you have in 32 years...
I'm ready whenever you are.
Enduronman. :)

I feel for you jessy. Bad combination. If we are taking meds for the combination and we haven't bounced back in a couple of months maybe the treatment is just not working. Just understanding that your feelings are likely the depression is important. I hope that you have a atrong support person to help you on the rough days. I too have some really dark patches at times and it is no fun. Try not to close everyone off (difficult when you feel so blue) and allow them to try and pull you through these tough times. Look forward to the good days and make the most of them. Journaling is very helpful in realizing that you do have good days. I hope that you begin to turn the corner soon.
