Hey

I'd like some feedback if possible. I'm a 25 year old male and been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. It gets worse whenever I have coffee or get dehydrated which I try to avoid but when I do drink coffee I've been taking it with l-theanine which is supposed to counteract the stimulating effects of the caf which it does seem to help to some degree. But when I get a full on attack I've been less successful treating it. Currently I used low dose of clonazepam when it happens which varies from as often as every few days to once every 2 weeks. I have tried using phenibut and sometimes it helps but not always. I want to get away from using clonazepam if possible as I don't want to get addicted any more than I may already be. I was thinking of trying baclofen as I have tried that in the past with some success or trying picamilon everyday for awhile (taking it at once does not seem to help when dealing with an attack). I was also thinking I could try drugs or supplements that work on serotonin as some of those seem to help with anxiety but I know the benzos work so i figure I stay with GABA for now.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks
