I'm having a bad episode of daily panics at the moment an nothing is seeming to ease at all everyday things r seeming such a struggle an no1 seems to understand :( I've been so low too the point I don't want too b here like this anymore

hey, how are you feeling now ? are you trying out relaxation and mediation, this helped me , but as i said in another post, the physical symptoms came back recently . Have you tried this CBT stuff, which i keep hearing about as an alternative to anxiety medication ? x

Going out for a run or getting any other type of aerobic exercise helps many who suffer from panic attacks. Some people who suffer from panic attacks find that running and aerobics makes it worse. But most find that it helps.
