Hello everyone, has this ever happened to you?

Today I felt as if i was awoken by a sharp pain under my ribs. Extremely painful. A few seconds later, the pain vanished. Is this caused by anxiety? I've been diagnosed with anxiety by 3 different doctors, and they did full medical screening on me. So i know its nothing with my heart or lungs.
I need answers please.
