Yeah they seem to work for me, however if I miss a day or two I start to get anxious again. but these help. Also, my mom picked me up a Worry stone from an Agate & Gemstone museum thingy she went to the other day. Amazing how it helps. I started getting anxious while at the mall today, kept feeling suddenly super self-conscious and felt like everyone was looking at me. just rubbed the worry stone and felt more calm.
