White tongue and anxiety

Anybody have this? I googled it and it can be related to anxiety and also antidepressant side effects. It is also linked to HIV and other serious illnesses. Getting quite worked up and scared to be honest. Can anyone relate?? Thanks.

Ive got geographic tongue from anxiety- they thought it was thrush but it wasn't and then thought I was missing minerals so I took vitamin tablets didn't get rid of it- 2 years later diagnosed as an anxiety symptom so I wouldn't worry too much- dehydration causes white tongue too xx

I totally agree. The internet can be a dangerous place...you can go from a paper cut to dying. Best left alone. :)
