Tight hands

So lately I've been getting a tight feeling on the back of my left hand. Sometimes it burns. I notice when it happens that i get pain in my upper left arm and also The inside of my elbow. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow for pain in my left foot. I'm scared it's lupus, can anyone relate to this feeling? (I mean the hand, not fearing lupus). Thank you.
