Hello from Vancouver, anxiety and remorse

Hi I'm kayin! I'm 31/f. I have had anxiety since 16 but it really started to get bad around the age of 24. I did some things that I now feel intense remorse for and so it makes my anxiety worse. I do have a psychiatrist who I am working with. I look forward to reading the forums and maybe even making some friends here since I find it difficult to make friends in real life, with anxiety and all. See you all on the forums!
