Don't know of any hotlines that are available for panic sufferers.... Just someone to talk to , that might be able to calm u down... Does anyone know if something like this exists ?

That's a good idea, I'd also like the use of a hotline when I am in panic.... I think there are some in my area but I don't know if they are for panic or what. Maybe do an online search for the area you live in, or search for a national hotline, they are probably free of charge.

Yes I think in Oregon were I live there's a hotline but it's the crisis center and it only has certain hours... I'll have to google and see what I can find
