Hi everyone

Ive been on citalopram 40 mg for about 1 year now. From april 11 to january 12 i lost 4 stone. I was happy. My anxiety was good. Not great but i felt i was dealing with it. Had more good days than bad. Im now in a relationship (since february 12) ive managed to put 2 stone on and lately my anxiety has slowly been getting worse. I feel like i dont sleep well. Wake up feeling groggy and tired. I can be sitting watching the tv and then all of a sudden i get "the feeling of doom" sensation which appears from nowhere. I feel like i am on edge. I feel like my anxiety is the first thing i think of when i go to bed and also when i wake up. For instance tonight i feel a bit spaced out. Like im in a fog. What could this be?

Could simply be that the start in a relationship(a very good thing) is change enough in your routine/lifestyle to cause an increase in anxiety. Happened to me until I told her about my anxiety and I felt much better about it. Just something to think over. Alankay
