Not sure how this all works however I am seeking help with fear of loss that has consistent negative impacts on my life and has been a source of relationship break downs . I also suffer from a paralyzingly fear of dogs.
If you can provide help towards controlling these or even understanding them I would be eternally great full

Without more details I'd say working with a counselor to try and discover the root of your anxiety would be the best place to start. I hope one day you see dogs(the vast majority) bring love and friendship to our human world.:) Alankay

The first step in overcoming your fears, JPM, is to identify which beliefs you have that are irrational. That's an important step. Once you realize which beliefs are counterproductive and irrational, you can then start the process of feeling better by really challenging yourself-challenging your negative emotions.
