Strange feeling

I have been feeling a strange feeling that I can't explain. I also feel like I am going to pass out or my heart will stop any second. Anybody can relate??

Anxiety wise I can relate I always have a fear of passing out so I think about it constantly. You should go get a blood work up though you could be low on iron or another vitamin possibly need to take a b complex or something.

I had so much blood work done. All is normal. I do take b complex.
