It's been ok today , I actually ate this morning .. Wich I never do, and have been drinking lots of water. I increased my cymbalta last night , today I did take a Ativan , but I'm feeling pretty good. Trying to keep my thoughts positive, and keep the good news the er doctors gave me yesterday close in my mind. I hope everyone else is having a relaxed day as well :) Tiffany
