Does the worry ever stop?

I've been dealing with anxiety for quite sometime now, and like a lot of ppl on this forum I worry about having a heart attack. I recently had a pretty bad panic attack that landed me in the hospital for a day and a half. Everything with my heart was good, except for a 4 beat run of tachycardia that they found on the houlter monitor. Doctors, both cardio and gp weren't to concerned and said I could go on about my life, although the did set me up with an electrophisiologist. Now ever time my arm hurts or I get some chest discomfort or gas pain I think I'm gonna have a heart attack. They started me back on celexia along with the bus par I was already on. Seemed to help with my mood but not with the constant worry. Is this normal with anxiety meds.

I was in the hospital for 4 days because of tacycardia my heart rate was up to 179 they put me on a beta blocker and it has done wonders for me i had ekgs,echo,nuclar stress test and echo stress test and they said my heart was fine
