Why is it all on me...

So at home I feel like everything is on my and there are times at work that its all on me. If I kknew that taking a team leader position gave me the right to more or less slack off... I would have applied for it. I mean really? There's a crap ton to do and you ask me to help the 2 of you to clean when I have 5 areas to do in an hour or it'll just pile up..
