Just fed up of the worrying I mean .sorry should of put it better .i worry about stuff at work every single day and can't stop

Day-to-day issues at work or wherever can mount up and eventually take over your thinking.
A bit like filling the brain up with "anxious juice" until it overflows.

The way to deal with it... is to deal with it!

Talking to people about the issues allows you to drain some of that anxious juice away. And/or writing the issues down and dealing with them logically, one by one. Nothing is impossible. Nothing is insurmountable.

Your issues will stick around like a bad smell unless you actually do something about them... so, maybe now is the time to start?

Perhaps writing about them on here is a good starting point?

Your right mate so bloody hard tho ,when you been like it for years it's hard to change your way of thinking ,I have a pending cbt worker that is going to treat me lets hope that work as they did it before and only treated me for my OCD
