Hi! I've been suffering from panic disorder for about 5 years. My worst time is when I'm driving. I've just started on effexor xr 37.5mg 5 days ago. I'm hoping it helps. Been on Zoloft and Paxil in the past. Neither really helped me. Although my family if very supportive, no one really understands unless they're experienced panic attacks themselves.

Most and worst panics attacks I've had in the car, I don't drive though, but staying for long time in the car makes me anxious. It's gd that u have a supportive family. And it's true that no one understand not even Drs.
