Ok so I'm Samantha and I'm 16 and was recently diagnosed with GAD. I've been on this form for like a month or so just trying to learn more and seeing what others go threw. I kinda need some support u see I have my parents and best friend that know about my anxiety and my friend is kinda there for me she just don't really know what what I'm going threw. When I talk to my parents they don't really listen or they tell me it all in my head and to not worry.
So I was just kinda hoping that someone who's been going threw this for any amount of time can tell me how they deal and different things that help them plzzzz and thank you
