Hi everyone. I believe I have a panic/anxiety disorder and am feeling alone. I've had panic and anxiety for many years and it just got insane after I recently was laid off. They're trying antidepressants on me (three so far), which have side effects that I'm not finding tolerable at this time. I'm also on clonazapan and hydroxyrene (something like that). The weird this is when I take vitamin C, I feel a lot better. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm wondering if that's the case, that maybe my panic/anxiety is more related to an physical illness than a mental illness. Please let me know if this sounds familiar!
