Today I'm feeling more anxiety and depression then I ever have. I haven't crawled out of bed once. I feel like I can sit here and cry for the rest of the night. :(

Its going to be okay. I have days like that too. Just remember, it's not going to be like this forever. It's only temporary, we all going through this. You are not alone.

Sorry to hear that. Have you tried watching a happy movie? Or maybe video games? That's another way I deal with anxiety. I've always been a hardcore gamer, playing all kinds of games, but since anxiety hit me, I can only tolerate more cheerful games like The Sims. League of Legends is fun too, and it's free to download and play, you won't even think of anxiety when playing it, because you're too busy competing against other people which is an excellent distraction.

If those aren't your fancy, then... Idk, let's think of some things you like to do. :D

Sounds good. Yeah, everytime I feel like anxiety may be starting to hit, I'll start playing a game that requires lots of thinking, like a strategy game preferably fast paced. That way I can't focus on worrying because I'm too busy figuring out the best way to win :P

Also, try not and feel like the situation is hopeless and you'll never be normal again - because you absolutely can get there. Think of this only as an obstacle in our lives, not something we'll forever be a slave too. I found when I thought it'd never go away, my anxiety would get worse because it'd feel utterly hopeless. But then I said to myself "I'm stronger than this, I know it. I'm not letting this get in the way of my dream of getting the career of my choice and having a family, taking my kids camping and such. I won't let anxiety determine when I can and can't enjoy my life. This is my life, I'm in control, I'll live it however I please. I'll succeed in my goals and power through this and be healed."

Think like that :], and take a few deep breaths. You'll likely feel a slight weight lifted. That is the first step.

I tried telling myself that this won't be forever, but of course it never works for me, it makes me feel worse and I have no clue why...

Just knowing that many others understand what you are going through can give you enough comfort that it can help you start to feel better.
