Gaba supplements

Anyone here take these? From what I read they could be a big help in combating anxiety. Thoughts and opinions appreciated. Thanks.

I have no personally tried GABA but from what I have read its helps some people greatly. There is also a product by Now Foods called True Calm that has Gaba and a few other calming agents. L-Theanine is also supposed to help with anxiety.

GABA will not cross the brain barrier. It did not work for me .
