Having a rough morning today. Not many physical symptoms but I'm being pretty unsuccessful at getting out of my own head. It will pass, I'm sure and I can't wait until it does!!

You said it. Let the anxiety in. Say "Hey buddy, I'm going about my day and you can come along if you want." Before you know it, the feelings will subside. It takes time and practice, but don't doubt yourself. Doubt is increased by the anxiety and only makes it worse. Stay confident.
