Hy do people always make you feel worse? I've just had my sister round telling me I'm going to make myself ill- I'm going to collapse- really don't need to hear it- I have got issues with food( scared stiff of allergies) and can't get over it At the moment- I eat 1 meal a day at night not a healthy one either I'm just sticking to the 3 things I know I'm alright with hoping this feeling will pass so I can eat normally again- waiting list for allergist so that doesn't help and now I feel dizzy just because she said that- help
