Im worried please advise

K so I know I shouldn't of but I did enndulge in a few glasses of wine earlier tonight. It's now hours later and my heart rate is racing!!! I'm already sensitive to it cuz I have been having pvc's and on a very low beta blocker but now I'm freaking out!!! Why does this happen??? Am igoing to live? Please someone answer me!

alcohol and anxiety dont work together.you are going to be fine.i know know that my hangovers were anxiety.or the fears as i used to call them

You're probably just worried because you had wine and that's causing your anxiety. It's ok to have a little, just don't overdo it.

I would just drink less. i recently turned 21 and i made the mistake of going to disney and "drinking around the world" at epcot. Jesus. Big mistake. Especially mixing it with xanax. One cant really get too drunk (only 1-2 drinks) when anxious without having a huge problem. Just take it easy :)
