Add a "ME TOO" button on posts!

I'm not sure if anyone else is interested in knowing if someone else is feeling the same way as you do when you put a post up but I do! I know that you can see how many people read your post but most will just read it and move on even though they are feeling the same way as you do. I would love to see the many visitors give me a little boost of "I'm not crazy" when they are letting me know that they are experiencing it too along with me but not really up to leaving a a message. They are supporting you and going through it without giving an explanation.

If someone can give a little bit of information on how to get that installed on the site that would be great!!

Don't want to be a brat but maybe it's something that people don't want. 30 members have looked at this post and 28 of them wouldn't take the time to even click a simple button :(
