Short and sweet:
I had been having a heck of a time trying to sleep the past 6 months. I tried what seemed like everything. Sleep aids, relaxing music, etc... What finally helped me was to simply adjust when I took my prescription Xanax from morning to night. I went from sleeping 4, 5 , or 6 hrs to 7-8, normal. I found that it was my anxiousness that was keeping me awake at night. I still have bad nights from time to time, but who doesn't. :)
