Ever since this nightmare disorder started my body feels like there's an electric current going through it. That's the best way I can describe it. Always a weird feeling. Anyone else?

Yes I had something similar, when under real stress would get electric shock zap up my neck/shoulders.

Paid £600 for MRI with neurosurgeon and no problem with my nerves. Normally electric shock feeling is something to do with your nerves but if your like me it can be Anxiety causing physical symptoms.

Anyways, took about a year to find out I had GAD, once started medication and therapy it went away!

Have u been to GPs?

Anxiety can cause muscle tension and spasm, which was giving me electric shock feelings.

Write down your symptoms and make a diary of when it happens xx
