Hello everyone, I've posted before on these symptoms before. But I'm really starting to get worried.

I work 4 days a week and 10 hours a day. It seems like every time I go to work I'm like stuck in this other world with this weird headache. Sometimes my headaches get so bad it's almost debilitating. I drive home and tell myself, "I just got to get home then I'll be fine", and It does get better at home! My headaches are sometimes one sided with like this burning sensation and other times it's my whole head "which are my debilitating ones"! I understand that this dream world could be depersonalization or derealization but with a headache???

Can this be anxiety? Does anyone else get this?

I Currently am going through this . I am seeing a ent specialist this Thursday as I could have sinus troubles as well . But I feel weird in head it's hard to explain but ya feel spaced out and not right and more ya think about it the worse it is , I have basically had head aches for nearly two months off and on.
It could be migraine or tension head ache as well , but yeah headaches can be caused by anxiety for sure and feeling what seems to be slightly dizzy and no right .

2009 I had a MRI because I was getting bad head aches so naturally I thought It was a brain tumour but discovered I had bad sinius and was good for a few years now just past 2 months got bad again which brings on an anxiety so yeah seeing a ENT specialist this week so see what needs to be done , but yeah I always get head aches and some times light headed or my head tells me I'm slightly dizzy . It's vicious anxiety
