I could use some help from anyone who's willing. I'm looking for a book and I can't remember the author or the title. I read it quite a few years ago. My sister found it in a library but she doesn't remember which library or what the title was either. What I do remember is that it was written by an ENT specialist (at the Mayo Clinic, perhaps). He was an expert on inner ear disorders and the book was about the connection between inner ear disease/vertigo (Menière's Disease, BPPV, etc) and panic disorders such as agoraphobia. (Sigmund Freud actually noted a connection between the two conditions as well.) At the time I read it, I knew I had BPPV, but still hadn't accepted that I had agoraphobia as well. I would love to reread that book now from a more open-minded perspective. Is anyone familiar with this book? Any tips on how I can find it? My Google searches aren't turning up anything useful. Thanks in advance if anyone has any suggestions. Cheers.

Difficult without the Docotr/Author name, publisher, or book title. I'll see if I can track it down. No promises though.

Thanks Jitters. I'm still trying to track it down myself. I also contacted my friend who is a librarian and she's doing a search. It sure would be helpful if I had a title or author, huh?
