im am sick of this.why wont my anxiety go away.i just want to go back to work and be normal.people say that there meds takes it away.is this true has anybody found this cos its not happened for me.my work at the moment seems to be the trigger for it.arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

My trigger too , And still don't get any better when I get home either as then I worry all the time about what if I havnt done this what if I havnt don't that .
