im i looking for a miracle cure

been on my meds for 13 weeks (setraline).and not feeling much much better.still feel worried all day long.when i think of work my anxiety increases.im i expecting to much,everybody says that i am better than i was.but i dont feel it.my ocd is worse than ever,

Lexapro has been a miracle for me. Went from daily panic attacks and xanax use to being almost totally normal. I'd say my anxiety was a Level 7 before, now it's Level 1.5. Just a little bit higher than an average person. I work, I go through stressful situations, go into huge crowds, etc. Totally fine.

Certain meds work differently for certain people. Be open and honest with your doctor/psychiatrist- let them know you aren't satisfied, and although meds won't make it perfect you think there may be a better alternative.
