Itchiness

Can anxiety cause this? I've been itchy all over for the last several hours. There is no rash or anything that I've noticed.

Omg! Lol I have had itchy skin since I first started having anxiety. I have GAD and I use to have full anxiety attacks but now its all small symptoms. And since tje attacks kinda stopped I itch! My boyfriend gets so irritated because I scratch my legs constantly. I use to never utch.. My skin was to die fir and now I have scratches from it,hings. I wonder if it happens because the stress? Dogs can have dry skin during stress and also shed more. Maybe we get dry skin from the stress also? But im aski.g the same question as yiu.

Dry skin is a common symptom of anxiety... as are skin disorders.
