sick and tired

i am sick and tired of feeling like i am gonna have a heart attack every singl day, its weird its like i am constantly fighting, docs checked my heart 3 yrs ago and everything seemed fine. any suggestions what i could try to get this pain/feeling away?

I have the same feeling some days and it causes major attacks. Not sure how to help but you are. It alone and I would like to know the same thing.

I am on medication and that helps but I am a big believer in CBT. It has helped me out so much. The other thing that helped was learning about anxiety and the effects that it has on the body and mind. Once you understand those everything becomes much less scary. Still present sometimes, just not as scary when they are.
