Sometimes I get light headed and dizzy even when I'm not having a panic attack or feeling anxious. I was wondering if anyone else has this problem.

All the time. Sometimes it's because I haven't eaten or drank enough water. I generally feel this way 80% of the time.
I am the same... I worry that it is something far worse.

Yeah I feel the same way today. I typically don't get too dizzy but today is the exception. Does anyone else feel tired? I am feeling so tired even after getting 7 hrs of sleep

Yeah I feel tired a lot too. Even if I have gotten a good amount of sleep. I'm assuming that being light headed and dizzy is connected with my anxiety problems, I just don't know how they're connected.

Dizziness is a main part of anxiety. I was diagnosed with vertigo which is a fancy word for being dizzy. All the time with no real explanation. It's aq

Anxiety is frustrating, I spend way too much time thinking about it, feeling it and talking about it.
On a side note, I spoke to a girl at my office who I like, she always seems to make me smile :)

Yup. It's normal! I get vertigo caused by anxiety and literally the room is spinning and moving to me
