A little ativan would go a long way. Or a sleep aid.
Near the beginning of my problems, whenever I woke up I would instantly get major anxiety. Some days I would wake up hours before my alarm and be tossing and turning with anxiety. A small dose (.5mg) of ativan would eliminate anxiety in under 20 minutes and have me sound asleep right after.

I'm in the same boat ... You should try melatonin before bed and maybe some chamomile tea. Both are all natural . My son takes melatonin for ADHD and it helps him emencly at night :)

I understand completely.. I barely sleep anymore and I have no energy. I barely have the energy to get out of bed but I know I must. I try not to take anything to help me sleep, I've tried Ambien big mistake made my anxiety 100x worse. I use to rely on caffeine to get me moving but that is a big No No.. It made my anxiety horribly worse. I wish I had the answer to help with your low energy.. But I am in the same situation

Take the ativan, sit in a comfy chair of couch, wait for the ativan to kick in, then do your work or sleep.
